Our cancellation policy applies to all class packs or passes we offer. We allow cancellations with no penalty up to 8 hours before the scheduled class start time. Any cancellations made within 8 hours of the class time will result in the forfeit of that class. We reserve the right to cancel classes if we do not meet a minimum of 5 persons booked in.

NEW CUSTOMERS: There is NO grace period for first timers, as first timers have to attend a compulsory introduction that starts 5 minutes before the class start time. Therefore, if it is your first time to boOm, it is important you arrive 15 minutes early.
RETURNING CUSTOMERS: We have a grace period of 5 minutes for returning customers (you have to physically be in the class within 5 minutes of the class start time), otherwise you will not be allowed in and your attendance will be marked as “No Show”, resulting in a forfeit of the class credit.
Late-coming is not only disruptive to the class, it is also dangerous as classes are held in a dark room, and with many people around and weights in the way, someone can get hurt.
