The Workout

BoomBuild is a 40-minute strength-based HIIT workout that utilizes various weights (dumbbells, kettlebells, or barbells etc.) as well as bodyweight to achieve muscular endurance and strength building, topped off with a cardio blasting finisher. Depending on the week, the primary focus of the class will vary from strength, to endurance, to power, but the main goal is still of have an element of each for a holistic workout. Your heart will sure be pumping and muscles aching after a mere 40 minutes in the BOOM ROOM.
