BoomCAMP is a 45-minute circuit training class perfect for shredding calories, and developing both muscular and cardiovascular endurance. The program features interval-based functional movements aimed to target every major muscle group. With a variety of equipment incorporated into the workout, the 45 minutes though intense, will fly by! We have various types of weights, and cardio equipment to make sure your heart rate stays sky high.
At boOm, we aim to provide an inclusive atmosphere for everyone to carve out their personal fitness journey. As with the rest of our classes, BoomCAMP too is an all-levels class, and everyone is encouraged to push to their own personal limit – doesn’t matter if it’s a just few reps or 100 reps, as long as you’ve done your best. So whether you’re a crossfitter, a regular HIIT-er, or even or a couch potato, this workout can be made your own.
Every instructor will also curate their own playlist and workout, so each class is little different. Get to know them all, and maybe you’ll find that some share your musical tastes, which may give yourself extra motivation to push a little bit harder when the beat drops.
We promise you it won’t be easy, but nothing ever worth having came without a struggle. Besides, our instructors will be there to help you every step of the way.
