Held in the personal training area of the Cecil Street studio, with a 10-person limit, BoomCIRCUIT is a 45-minute full-body circuit workout with high intensity intervals and functional movements. The program is aimed to help you max out your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Every class is highly varied to prevent fitness plateaus.
