A 10-round cardio and resistance workout comprising heavy bag work and functional training that is going to keep you on your toes and never bored. Our 45-minute program is suitable for novices and fitness enthusiasts alike, so whether you want to come in to learn some moves, or to practice the ones you’ve got, or simply want to get a good sweat sesh in, boOm is the place for you. With awesome beats, funky lights, and a unique workout every day, not only will you get stronger and fitter, you’ll have fun doing it and your form will be on point. Held in the personal training area, with an 8-person limit, BoomCIRCUIT is a 45-minute full-body circuit workout with high intensity intervals and functional movements. The program is aimed to help you max out your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Every class is highly varied to prevent fitness plateaus.
For 1 to 4 persons, you can arrange to have a 1-hour personal training session at your convenience. Prior to the start of the first session, you and your instructor will work on a personal plan and carve out focus areas for you or your group of friends. These personal training sessions need not include boxing and can focus on other fitness areas like developing cardiovascular endurance or muscular strength. The rates for hourly sessions are as follows:
1 person – $100
2 persons – $120
3 persons – $150
4 persons – $200

*If you don’t have them, we sell boxing wraps (for $12) and offer glove rentals (free of charge) in the studio. These are mandatory for your own safety. Not required for BoomCIRCUIT classes.
Please arrive 20 minutes early for your first time. There will be a safety and introductory briefing that will commence 5 minutes before the class start time. This is compulsory for all first-timers. Unfortunately, if you miss this briefing, you will not be allowed entry into the class – so plan ahead!
